Clarification of Rule 340.1755 and Rule 340.1862 of the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special E

This memo was sent to all ISD and LEA Superintendents on September 23. Oakland Schools is working with the MDE to obtain further clarification concerning the impact to service for children, specifically those who are under age three.
