Welcome to Catamaran!

The Michigan Department of Education - Office of Special Education has launched a new ship! Catamaran will take the place of the Continuous Improvement Monitoring System (CIMS) and become the vehicle for tracking activities and data related to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education (MARSE), and state-identified priorities for the Michigan Department of Education Offices of Special Education (OSE) and Early Childhood Development and Family Education.
