Central Coordination Updates

As we continue to move forward into this exciting phase of Student Problem Solving, please remember that we are now conducting debrief meetings electronically. We have received much positive feedback from individuals regarding this improved process. However, we are finding that participants are having difficulty either with accessing a webcam and/or connecting to the meeting. Any assistance you may provide to any of your staff participating in such a meeting would be most appreciated. This may mean assuring that staff have access to webcams and that they are knowledgeable about how to use them. We also provide instructions in an effort to make this as seamless as possible. We want to assure that your staff are able to remain in their districts as much as possible and that attending these meetings does not become a hardship.

One other quick reminder is that we ask that you not drop off DSR placement/problem solving packets directly to Central Coordination. Please submit them either electronically via Secure Dropbox (https://securedropbox.oakland.k12.mi.us) to DSRrequests@oakland.k12.mi.us or to the dedicated fax: 248.209.2474 to ensure the greatest level of confidentiality and timeliness of processing.
