IMPORTANT DATES:
April 15, 2016 – CIMS Workbook opens
May 15, 2016 – CIMS Workbook must be acknowledged
June 1, 2016 – all Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and progress reports are due
June 30, 2016 – B-13 data collection activity is due
