Web-based Course: Opens July 7, 2016!

Are you looking to learn at your own pace and in your own place this summer? Our web-based event provides introductory knowledge of the foundational skills for reading, including phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Learn the research, the scope and sequence of instruction, and strategies for each big idea. This session uses the Teaching Reading Sourcebook: 2nd Edition (CORE). Are you interested in learning with colleagues in the classroom? Our Reading Strategies Lab builds upon the web-based course or series. The lab gives educators an opportunity to focus on the application of reading strategies in the classroom with students. The purpose of the learning lab is to provide an opportunity for colleagues to come together to connect, share, and reflect in a safe and supportive environment.

Multiple Measures: Web-Based Course

Join us for an exploration of the Multiple Measures text. This text is the companion for the Teaching Reading Sourcebook used in the Reading Strategies work. If you are interested in learning how to assess the five big ideas, and use data to link to instructional strategies, this course will help!
