School Social Workers and Cultures of Thinking
Join us for this three part course! Social workers will have an opportunity to dig deeper into the philosophy and foundation of Cultures of Thinking (CoT), review previously taught Thinking Routines, explore and participate in new Thinking Routines, and discuss how to use these routines when working with students individually, in small groups, or whole classroom lessons in another teacher’s classroom to promote social emotional learning and reflection. Some exposure to Cultures of Thinking in previous trainings, Gallery Walk attendance and/or in your building preferred. Stipend and credits available.
