Have you heard about the new employment initiative by Autism Speaks, in collaboration with DirectEmployers Association? TheSpectrumCareers.com is an online portal for job seekers with autism, employers and service providers. DirectEmployers is a consortium of more than 8000 business members focused on recruitment marketing and federal contract compliance.
