The Oakland Literacy Council
Do you know of a former student who dropped out of high school and is now working toward a GED or high school completion?
The Oakland County Literacy Council is a resource to assist those who are 18 or over and are reading below the 9th grade level.
The Oakland Literacy Council has been a “force” in Oakland County for over 30 years in their pursuit of addressing adult illiteracy. They have worked with thousands of adults in increasing their reading and/or listening levels. They believe their “good” work adds value to our communities by equipping adults with skills and confidence. To learn more go to http://www.oaklandliteracy.com/.
