The 2017 conference theme, "Transition: An Investment in Your Future" is one which promotes the ideals of the transition process. This process involves all members of an IEP team collaborating to promote equal and inclusive access to education, employment, and the community. Members of this team are challenged to stimulate and motivate each other, in order to provide beneficial support services for individuals with disabilities.
